Jen Leary

Position: Managing Partner

Bio: Jen has spent three decades at the intersection of service, sport, and advocacy. A former athlete in the National Women’s Football Association, Jen was a member of the Philadelphia Liberty Belles’ 2001 Championship team—an experience that cemented her commitment to elevating women in sports.

Transitioning from the gridiron to the front lines, Jen has served as a Philadelphia firefighter since 2007. Today, she is the founder of Watch Party PHL, an organization dedicated to uplifting and advocating for women’s sports in Philly. Under her leadership, the organization is evolving from a city-wide events to a permanent brick-and-mortar location, The Stoop Pigeon, opening Fall 2026. Jen holds a master’s in strategic communication from American University.


Lori Albright

Position: Managing Partner

Bio: Lori is a seasoned nonprofit executive with over 30 years of experience in strategic development, grants management, and financial oversight. A former COO, CFO, and project director, she specializes in organizational growth, stakeholder engagement, and mission-driven impact. With expertise in strategic planning and staff development, she helps organizations articulate their vision and achieve lasting success.


fawn mcgee

Position: Partner

Bio: Fawn has a combined 30 years of high-stakes negotiation experience in government relations with a decade of hands-on bartending. Her proven ability to navigate complex situations and build consensus, honed as a Chief Negotiator, is complemented by her deep understanding of creating engaging and inclusive environments, cultivated through years as a skilled mixologist trained at the Philadelphia Bartending School, serving diverse clientele at venues including the Philadelphia Eagles Camden City bar and women's traveling mixers. This blend of strategic acumen, and direct customer engagement makes her uniquely positioned to drive the success of this venture.

Position: Creative Director

Bio: Jada is a social media manager, content creator, and founder of Suxela Studios, specializing in organic brand building. A Rutgers graduate and former women’s basketball student manager, she has worked with the New Jersey Devils and as a McLendon Fellow. With close to a decade in digital strategy, she now helps shape the future of women’s sports with her Social Media & Creative Agency, Suxela Studios.



Roman white

Position: Public Relations

Bio: Roman is a Trenton native and Ramapo College graduate, he began his career at CBS News before pursuing a master’s in Sport Business at Temple. After writing for The Philadelphia Inquirer on Philly’s need for a WNBA team, he joined Watch Party PHL to elevate its media presence. Roman has worked for the Baltimore Ravens and the Sixers helping to amplify their stories and now uses his talents for the Stoop.



Caitlin Bishop

Position: Brand Strategist

Bio: Caitlin is a seasoned brand and marketing strategist whose corporate experience with companies like Deloitte has allowed her to work with brands like the NWSL, the IOC, and WNBA. Her passion for women's sports has led her to start her own women's sports narrative company, Super Champ, crafting organization's stories through branding



Cori Grachek

Position: Volunteer & Partners Coordinator 

Bio: Cori has been an Integrative Psychotherapist for 25 years in Private Practice in Philadelphia, Pa. Working in Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention at the Federal, State and local level in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has developed and run volunteer supported programs throughout this time. She is now combining her commitment to activism, love of women's sports with years of volunteer work as the Volunteer Coordinator for Watch Party PHL and Partners Coordinator for the Stoop.



Megan DiTolla

Position: Watch Party Coordinator

Bio: Megan is an experienced educator with a background in data analytics and nearly 20 years in leadership roles, including department chair and project manager. She excels in team management, strategic planning, and front-of-house operations as the watch party coordinator for Watch Party PHL. With expertise in professional development and instructional design, she has led initiatives to advance equity and inclusion.



Ashley Mazziotta

Position: Architect & Design Team

Bio: Ashley is an accomplished Architect and Principal at EwingCole Design and a leader
within their Sports and Entertainment practice. Her Philadelphia-based work features
prominent clients including The Philadelphia Phillies, Rutgers University, and The Mann
Center for the Performing Arts. 

A passionate advocate for equity in sport, Ashley
champions design solutions that extend beyond Title IX, creating inclusive environments
for women in all spaces. Her unique perspective, honed as a former collegiate point
guard, informs her ability to build highly effective, collaborative teams and mentor
emerging women leaders within the sports architecture industry.



Jackie “JD” Dabrowski

Position: Official Stoop Realtor & Sponsorship Team

Bio: Philly born and bred, JD is a Realtor, lifelong athlete, and advocate for women’s sports. A former Division I softball player at Penn State University, she brings firsthand experience in the power of sports, teamwork, and community. With a decade in food & beverage sales and a Real Estate career built around connecting people and opportunities, JD is passionate about helping others live their best-imagined lives. A lover of Philly, sports, food, music, and the arts, she brings energy, authenticity, and a strong community focus to her work.



Rai Lewis 

Position: Food Program Manager

Bio: Rai Lewis is a Philadelphia-born entrepreneur, producer, educator, coach, and multidisciplinary creative whose work spans sports, food, wellness, music, and culture. A lifelong athlete, Rai played AAU basketball for Fencor and competed in basketball and soccer at Girls High, where she now serves as Head Coach of the girls’ basketball and flag football teams.

Rai is the founder of F.U.N. Kitchen, a plant-based culinary brand that grew into a platform for catering, private dining, community programming, and experiential events centered on health, wellness, and increasing access to healthier food. She has since expanded that vision through F.U.N. Experience Group, a creative production and experiences company working at the intersection of hospitality, wellness, culture, and entertainment.

Rai’s work in live production and private dining has given her the opportunity to collaborate with and support artists, creatives, and local businesses including Jill Scott, The Roots, Ryan Coogler, TreWay and the Now Generation, Bean to Bean Coffee, Yogi Den, and Live Do Grow Farm. With an MBA and a career built across entrepreneurship, sports, hospitality, and entertainment, Rai brings a unique perspective on leadership, women in sports, and creating a career that makes room for all of her passions.
